With an extensive background in learning and development, Service Savvy is able to create, manage and facilitate programs at store, regional and corporate levels. We have designed service training programs for large and small corporations with high success rates. Training is the key component in improving guest service levels and should be the focal point of any company that wants to maintain a solid service culture. Program content is developed to address issues that are revealed in the mystery shop results. Interactive exercises, role-playing, group interaction and learning games are implemented for innovative sessions. Training can be incorporated into existing programs or can replace and update current programs.
